Citizens Health 340B Consulting is led by pharmacist Paul Schiferl, a seasoned expert with years of experience managing 340B programs, navigating complex contract pharmacy relationships, and supporting small hospitals through every challenge the 340B landscape can bring.

Our team includes full-time pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and nursing support staff-all with hands-on experience not just in the 340B world, but in both hospital and retail pharmacy settings. We believe that this breadth of experience is crucial for understanding the diverse perspectives that shape your program and for building strong, sustainable partnerships.

To conduct a thorough and meaningful complimentary review, we’ll need the following:

A basic Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Access to your Covered Entity’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Access to your Third-Party Administrator (TPA)
Access to your 340B ESP™ portal
Access to your wholesaler account

Once access is established, our team will perform a comprehensive review and provide a summary of findings that highlights both compliance risks and optimization opportunities tailored to your program.
